No Refunds for Custom Patterns

Because each pattern is custom-made based on your individual measurements, preferences, or designs:

We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or custom orders.
This includes files sent via email, direct download, or uploaded to private pages.

Revisions and Adjustments

If you receive a custom pattern that:

Has an error due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect size, missing pieces)
Is not functioning as described or is incomplete

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your file. We will:

Review the issue
Make any necessary corrections at no additional charge
